Workplace Application: This session will provide an affordable, creative way to develop business savvy in non-business professionals.
EWI, a non-profit engineering consulting firm, wanted to build business literacy in its management team as a competitive distinction. HR was tasked with the challenge. Goals: create a curriculum to train 40 managers over the course of nine months in one 4-hour session a month, develop insights into company and client business operations using internal resources to teach each class. Learn how EWI met these objectives through a unique partnering with a local business college.
